We couldn’t be happier to announce that the 2012 Passat has been named Motor Trend Car of the Year. Judged against 34 other models, the Passat outperformed the field across Motor Trend’s six criteria: Advancement in Design, Engineering Excellence, Efficiency, Safety, Value and Performance of Intended Function. It’s a great honour and one that we know the All-New Passat will continue to live up to in the years to come.
